dispensaries would only work if people wernt greedy and were actually there to help patients and grow the best bud even if it cost them a little more. there are places like this but they are few and far between... so unfortunately i dont think dispensaries are going to last, i just want to grow my own shit, but as much as i physically can, with no stupid plant count rules. i will never be a "patient" because i know that i will take more care of my own medicine then they ever will!

must have written it wrong.I wrote 6 plants in maturity per red card and the law says its only 3 in maturity so sorry tell me how to do that on an outdoor grow in this country. 3 plants two harvests a year 3-5+ pounds. The big harvest would be the outdoor in the summer if it was done right 3-5+ pounds and 1-3 inside under lights on indoor winter grow.

but since 'legal' growing is limited to indoors, the later # is more accurate for disp. production. if the state would allow for outdoor grows, people would be KILLING it with 15' tall, 10' around, 10+ pounders (each)

I cannot beleive people are complaining about 10 a gram, I lived in Colorado for a year and it was amazing and beautiful probably my favorite state but coming from Philly and being back there now where its not uncommon to see 20 a g 60 and eighth 325-400 an o complaining about 10 a gram sounds so spoiled lol. talking like you sell lbs bro...whats the deal on a key..jk. What we were talking about was where the best deals were & That some people&place's(Dispensary) will rip a card holder off and sell there on meds to them.

If the dispensary exclusion rule comes into play before I lose my cultivation license, I'm planning on moving to CO from AZ. This is complicated, since I'm in a mid-career professional bracket, so not only am I thinking about buying real estate, but I'm also in the unenviable position of finding a job that doesn't have the whole "Federal contracts means no MMJ patients when it comes to drug testing" issue. It's tough, but I think I have until Spring of 2013 to either decide to move there, or move someplace in AZ that is outside the 25 mile blacklist zone. The DOH won't answer questions about it (e.g., tell me now where to move to, or explain how the 25 mile thing works in terms of Equal Protection, etc.) I know it's relatively far in the future, but I'm still pissed off and deeply worried about it. And it's not as though Colorado welcomes people in with open arms. Jobs aren't exactly falling off trees, and houses aren't cheap anywhere I've looked.

Medical patients aren't happy when they vape a gram or more a day. The problem some people are facing is the simple fact that opiates are cheaper ($10 co-pays, 90 day supply), far easier to get, and don't have the stigma of marijuana. This is perhaps the single biggest problem in our society, and too few people understand it.
