I seriously need some help

Alright well I had two plants going from a mix of some seeds. Ak47,bcmango,juicyfruit,ww,kahuna,and haze.

And right from the start after I planted them in earthbox, that is elevated off the ground, I had problems with something digging through the soil in my pots. Well plants survived through it, and I got some ritter critter that repells raccoons squirels and some other stuff. I also took advice from someone who said that Dial soap works ( bullshit ) does not fucking work.

Anyways, I checked on them today after 2 weeks of not being able to, and they are dead. something had dug up through it, and the weirdest part is, some of the soap which I had put on the ground around the pots, was now inside my pot. I found one chunk at the bottom of my pot.

What the hell is doing this to my plants??? and how the hell do I stop it? I have tried everythign now, cotton balls, ritter critter, dial soap. I have no idea what kind of animal this is. There are no deer were I am growing, or hogs or anything like that. It has to be either a squirrel or raccon I would think. Unless its a bird or something.

Anyone have any advice?? I dont want to start another grow until I am sure that whatever this thing is, will stop messing with my shit.

Try a local nursery, say your tomato plants are being eaten or something, but tell them everything else and they should know what it is. Or don't they sell netting for plants too? You may want to ask them about that too.

I'm no professor, but if it is coming up through the soil I'm guessing it's a mole. They'll chomp your plants into the nothing. Put some chicken wire around the base of your stalks to prevent the terror of the moles.

humm... it could be moles, but, the earthbox is off the ground. Its up on two cinderblocks, do you think a mole could get up to it??

There are no nurseries around here. Should I put a big mouse trap out there with some food on it? I really dont want to hurt any animals tho... thats why I bought all the stuff to just repel them. But I really want them to stay away from my plants yakno?

Yes, don't hurt the animals. I don't think we understand the set-up. What happened? Did they dig the dirt up on top or did the animal come up from the bottom of the box? Call your local agricultural extension...they help out all growers in your county or state. They can help. Do a google search try putting in your county and then "agricultural extension".
