At a guys house who grows a bit. He has bad habits when it comes to electricity and so I stepped on one of the wires, the one from the mag ballast to the halide 1000w lamp. Light went out but never came on again. Anyone have a guess as to what blew? The bulb works in another ballast so it must either be the ballast or the capacitor...right? How to tell?
