I THINK IV GOT BUD ROT HELP!!!!pics

Hi
My plant have some kind of rot and its spreading day by day.I think it must be budrot,i never got it before so im not sure.I only have around 3 weeks left till harvest.Is the any way to stop it spreading? i cut all of it off yesterday but i looked today and its started again.My ventilation is good and my humidity is around 60.
PLEASE HELP!!

If it's black when you break it open then that's probably what it is, if not your fine

when you scope it do you see hair like strands? does it smell musky? those buds look a little airy to have the full on bud rot but...good luck!

I don't think that, that plant is even dry yet. Well at least it doesn't look like it

what kind of lights are you using and what are your grow room temps? I dont really see anything wrong except for some damaged leaves. Pics of the whole plant in the growroom would help too

If it is bud mold which I just had happen on a few auto's I had out earlier this spring I ended up havin to chop off most of the main colas before it spread further down the plant. They do have spray but I just chopped off under the last infected area and plant did fine - the yield I lost...

These pictures are of some of the bits i cut off.there not the best pics as i cut the worst off yesterday.the buds are going a wierd grey colour then going brown and dying.it is definatly spreading.il have a look again today and see how it is.i think i got all of it off yesterday.it is only on the lower buds 2 all the tops are fine!
