I think my plants are hermies?! Can I save them?!

Hi everyone! I am not even a full week into flowing and I’m noticing male and female parts on my plant. During veg, they all had female preflowers, but now I’m noticing pollen sacs and white whiskers. Is there anything I can do?

That's a full blown male, not a hermie.

I don't see any female parts there. Maybe it's just the lighting distorting things, but I don't think so.
