i think they are dieing

i was moveing them from a small pot to a bigger one. i will get you some pics soon. and another thing one of the plants that i have is starting to get these yellow or tan spots on the bottom leaves only a couple of spots. is a nitrogen problem or what

prob just shocked from the transplant.. pack it in good and water it some .. It'll come back , they are hardy plants ..

Get them out from under any heavy-duty lights and give them overnight to recover from what sounds like a wet transplant.
Assuming you watered it when you transplanted it (or it was already quite wet) I definitely wouldn't give it anymore water until it's back to normal.

my plants are about 4 weeks old and i am new at this. I keep hearing about topping your plants what exactly does that meen

Topping = Cutting the top growing shoot off a plant, to promote growth of side-branches.
