And more than likely, the parents had a 'Court Order' to put him in there. and if this is so, then, he's in there until the courts (the state where he lives) decide to let him out.. in other words.. until someone from the state says 'Okay, your rehabilitated and we think your okay to leave'.. guess what.. your not going anywhere.
