COD? You must be kidding me..... I think not.

go to the grocery store and they sell gift cards by visa, amex etc. Or they have ones that you can put money into. People use them for there younger kids. There basically credit cards but they don't have your name on them and have what ever limit you purchase.

i live in quebec canada .. no prepay visa ...
