no its not, I have written on an official piece of paper and it has been signed by the majority and we all agree that I am no longer a mere mortal who is restricted by morals or ethics. I have strapped on my magical blue suit and I am on my way to take your stuff. Please have it laid out nicely .

Summary of my official document:

"I hereby declare Deprave and the 599 undersigned as magical Wizards with super powers to ignore moral laws and ethics set forth collectively by the population of 350 million you agree to not ask questions and do as I say for you own good because this is the collective agreement. " -Followed by 599 Signatures

All 350 Million of you will now be susceptible by robbery and other violent acts from the 600 of us at any time as we see fit as you have collectively agreed because we are not bound by the rules of mere mortals, we are special, and we love you.

Beyond that, at the time all those special people signed that special piece of paper, other people already believed they had access to everyone's stuff, this is no different than the way it has always been, just different people. But that isn't the point here, no concent, no stuff for you.
