What do you think is the ratio between the GUESTS that are just too paranoid to join and those that are Law Enforcement monitoring and/or trying to make a "Carreer Bust"? Leave out the one timers or the first timers.

I think alot of it is stoners that are too stoned to log in unless they get their panties in a twist about something in a thread.

How would this bust work exactly? How would they know who you are, unless you put a picture of yourself as your avatar?

If you're breaking the law, the last thing you want to do is show them a pic' of yourself. It could always be a cop that actually knows you, or sees you around. Even then they need to be pretty sure they can catch you, I imagine a warrant on the basis of evidence gained from an internet forum would be very hard to get. But hey, they could always think of something if they truly want to gain access to your property. They may for example, have sworn they just saw a burglar entering your property. Is it okay if they take a quick look around?

Calculate the risk factor, then don't push your luck.

I agree, the majority would be potheads, and probably non members. Im pretty much logged in even if im not at my pc. I keep it open while Im weightlifting, eating, or listening to music lol. I cant really see a particularly large amount of law enforcement because most of us seem to be just growing a few plants, and theres certainly bigger fish to fry for the feds or cops.
On top of that not everyone intends on selling, and atleast here in Crapachussetts that small detail makes a big difference in court.
In the end, I think thier sources required to bust every one of us would be too costly for the result to be worth it. Plus the idea of some cop smoking my hard earned shit really pisses me off, and that cant happen, so lets just pretend that no one even associated with law enforcement visits our beloved rollitup.
