the trick with controlling the environment is to try to maintain the night time as close to the day time. this really helped improve my plant health and yields. if you run 80F 60rh during lights on if you can maintain 80f 60rh at lights off you'll be shocked! most people cant maintain this lights off temp/rh easily but ive noticed that if i can keep my rooms constant and minimize day/night temp/rh swings/fluctuations the plants stay healthier, fight off pests, pm and mold and yield better. at a min youll want to stay in the green with vpd if your night time temps swing down to 70f then rh needs to drop to 50rh

Agreed with the other poster. My temp and rh difference from day to night is 7F and 6RH. So no massive swings.
Consistency seems to be the key whether its environment/lights or anything else.
