68-82 degrees F. Keep the humidity low if you're growing fat buds to keep the mold at bay. You want temps to vary to simulate cool at night and warm during the day. Run your lights at night, that will keep things cooler. It is rare that you will have a problem with plants getting too cold. Temps over 82 will cause poor product. If you're running DWC 50-60 degrees is ok, the plants will go nuts because of the higher oxygen content of the water. I've seen plants survive multiple light frosts.

If you're running exhaust and AC get a fan switch so you can slow your fan down. $30 for a cheap one. You don't want that fan cranked full on and sucking out your AC. You need just a little air flow so you can filter and bring in some fresh air.

Thanks for the advice Kervork....It get hot where im at, today in the flower room stayed about 71-74 degrees, I have ac in there, I am worried about the veg side thoe. I have a fan goin in there. The room is sealed with a full size door. Lately I have been leaving the door open during the day. Ive seen the temp get to 90 degrees in there before..

90f is ok if ur running co2. its still a little high, so shoot for 82-85 with co2. if the temps get that high with out co2 it will slow ur plants growth and eventually kill it. without co2 like said above...stay in the 70-75 range for best growth. as far as humidity goes, i wish i could give u advice but i live in a desert'ish enviorment so i never have humidity above 20 with lights on....30 if im lucky with lights off. in veg u want high humidity...flower low humidity. merry growing

You want day time tempatures 24-27 and nighttime tempatures 20 60-70% humidity for veg
40 for flower

Old post but i found that running a warm and humid veg room makes everything THRIVE. Like 80-85 degrees and 75-80% rh and seedlings, rooted cuttings, preflowers, and stock plants love it. Its like a greenhouse in there. Very warm, very humid. And all under various sizes of t5 lamps.

Hi guys, I'm growing autos and am wondering if there is a happy medium with humidity for flower and veg as I have plants at different stages in the same room. At 45% atm. Can this work or am I dreaming? Tia

45% is no problem, they will be just fine at that RH.... during any stage of their lives

45% relative humidity can certainly grow plants in veg and flower....but it is not ideal. Except for the finishing late stages of flowering... 45 % you can run into problems. Like nutrient mineral uptake problems. You CAN...not saying you will. And its just asking for a mite breakout at them low humidity levels throughout all stages of growing. The reason why people say certain temps and humiddity levels are fine is because without proper growroom equipment and design....its difficult to keep consistent and optimum environment amd climates at all stages. Most grow rooms are hobbyist level at best and largely dependent on what the lamps (heat) and climate is outside. A proper room with the rite equipment can be set to where you amd your plants can groove no matter what the temps amd humidity is outside....any season. But its expensive and difficult to do rite. And cannabis being flexible like it is...you get people saying 45% is ok for rh when its really not. Same with temperatures.

Thanks for the advice Bro, I'll have to looking into the nute uptake and humidity a bit more then. I have an inline fans in and out of the room and 2 oscillators going will that help with mites? The main problem I have is lack of space and was hoping to create a rotation with autos in the space I have. Thanks again guys.

Keeping mites out of your room is largely based on keeping everything clean and sterile. As best you can. Think laboratory conditions. Thats next to impossible but if you keep that concept in your head and follow through you will be ok. Treat every clone you get off the street as if it were infected with every pwst and disease oit there even if its not. 80% of mite infestations i have seen and experienced were from growers passing along infected clones. A preventative pest foliar spray down once every week or so helps big time. Something like neem oil or Azamax. Just a light spray every 7 to 14 days. Keep a clean ass room. Keep everything in house and dont take in any cuts (start your own seedling amd nursery program) and mites will have a tough time setting up shop in your room and on your plants.

Cheers since1991, I will get some foliar spray. I'm the only thing from outside that goes in there lol, even change my clothes. And all from seed so far so only myself to blame if I do get mites ☺
Cheers again man
