Ideal Temperatures

Hello Everybody
I've been reading alot about ideal temps and humidity etc while vedging and flowering....
Over the last week cloudy humidity has really set in....
Question...When rain humidity set in is ok to raise the temp in the room to around 27°/28° with my dehumidifiers just to get the humidity dwn to low 50% without damaging the plants?

I try to keep the temps below 30°C and above 20°C. I'd like the RH to be 45-%-50% but it's winter and I'm not about to shell out for a humidifier so I have 36%.
