Ideas for first time growing inside with lights.

Right, I want to grow inside under light but I wanna know what be best lights, conditions and ideas how should i get started?

Use metal halide for growth and sodium vapor for budding lights. Depends on the size of your space 400watt or 1000 watt. Need good exhaust and fans to circulate air. Temp. should be around 70-80 max at any one time. Soil can be a good mix (like Miracle Grow) or you could try different mixes. ( I didn't find it necessary...but you could also go hydroponically...much more costly. SO I would suggest to start off with a good soil mix. 3 gal containers will work fine. That could get you started. Lights should be on 17-18hrs to grow and 11hrs. to bud.
