ideas for summer smell control, ideas much appreciated :)

Hey guys, before hands thanks for all answer to this thread, I have a reg sized bedroom grow and I was asking you guys for all sorts of methods of smell control but for reasonable price as the area I need it for is not big reg sized bedroom, so I was wondering carbon filters, hepa air filters, I heard of some sort of salt that deodorizes or sommething I would realy want a carbon filter if I could find one cheap enough, thank fo all answers stay lit happy 420

If going cheaper just hit amazon for a fan/carbon filter combo. If you already have fan then it's not too tough to find a cheap filter to fit it. I have a 5x2x6 high dry room and use a cheap 4" CAP fan with a Can brand filter 9000, about 60-70 bucks for filter. You could probably find a cheaper one similar in size.

Carbon filters do a good job. Will remove pretty much all odour.

The cheapest 400cfm 6" centrifugal fan I could find was like $75. Cheapest carbon filter was around $50 but found a decent one for a little over 60. They suggest getting the fan control so I did that for around $20. Good luck

I'd go with a 6x24 carbon filter with that size room, possibly even 2 6x24 filters & some Ona

Hey yeah unforunately no place to exaust I have the smell already maintaned well outdoors the building neighbors and stuff is no probs bcz I have legal situation its realy only for when familly friends come over just so there not an overwhealming smell in the actual house, I had the landlord over to fix the breaker in my house after I blew it bcz of his shitty wiring job... and he said. The smell was not noticiable outside when I asked him but I want to get the smell inside to a minimum now, so I was wondering if I didn't have anywhere to fan the exaust out of would a household hepa filter or small sized carbon filter be as effective if I don't have the place to exaust some of the air ? And the grow is small about 6 to10 flowering plants max in perpetual grow about 8 veggin reg sized bedroom most of them grow is confined to a coner of the room not stuffed they have plenty of room u can check out my logsa for visual aids. If you're looking for something for your home while you have guests over, or a quick fix if you're expecting repair men, maintenance, etc. Put 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract in a ramekin or small ceramic oven safe bowl, and bake at 350F for a few hours. It works like magic plus your whole house will smell like fresh baked cookies for the day. I'm doing it right now actually as the place next to me is for rent and there's people looking at the property... just to be safe... don't want anything wafting over there.
