Not saying you should top, just saying where you could top, the lower nodes are very spaced out, don't want that being the top of the plant

I have never used these lights before but I would hang them 12" above the plants, someone might jump in that has used the lights and say you need to hang them 10" or 14" above the canopy.

I would top the very top node(same as last time) remove the bottom 2 sets of shoots/branches

a single plant under this light, it's way too early to flower, you need to top the plant, you need it double the width.
I would also pot the plant up and bury some of the stem, a good 6"

9 weeks strain, you start counting when you turn the plant over to flower 12/12, and often the plants need 1-3 weeks more.
On if you wanna only grow one bud
