If a Siamese Twin Killed Someone How does that Work?

Was watching a show about siamese twins, one body, two heads, but they can control they're body normally. Was wondering what happens if like one was fighting with his girlfriend & pushed her down the stairs, murder trial opens, I guess the innocent one has to go to prison too? Or even worse, death chamber, aha... I know it's not funny, just wondering in a completely hypothetical world of events.

Lol I know it is a good question, really, even though the scenario is highly unlikely you would think a rule/law would still be in tact in case. Idk? But, it'd def. make history in the law dept. & I really don't know how they'd go about it.
