I wonder which D's will be allowed to stay. Looks like they are here to stay none the less with this report.

strange how it goes :)

I wonder which dispensaries will be allowed to stay. This news makes it very apparent they are here to stay or at least some of them are. Or maybe all of them. More business that way for everyone.
It would seem that our lovely government plans to play both sides of the fence like I had said months ago with this.
They plan on keeping the grey area wide open in order to keep the business of crime(charging sick people, making it harder for them to get their meds) alive and well.

For you and Dizz, Marie, I hope that helps

maybe this might help.... from Chris's post

" The Vancouver Police Department issued an edict last year that it would not enforce the federal government's drug laws as they relate to the shops, unless they posed either a risk to youth or were engaged in or operated by organized crime"

"engaged in or operated by organized crime" That would be all of them eh!!!!! ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organized_crime)

They are leaving D's wide open to PROSECUTION!!!!
Now does it make sense????
