If I tore my plants at the base of their first bend will they recover.

I was posting in Nugs lab but he was in the middle of something and I felt like an asshole. I don't have a cammera but I used one of Nugs pics to demonstrate.

Yea dude youll be fine. I always mist down the area then tie plastic wrap around it so it holds the branches up but totally covers the open area and leave it on for 2 weeks or so and youll be good to go. I fixed a few of my accidents this way. Just make sure they are in contact as much as possible. The plastic wrap helps keep humidity around the wound and helps encourage healing at least from what Ive read and experienced.

So essentially its like puddy you put on the wound that hardens and creates a seal with the split part of the plant?

Now she has small leaves on the inside (where it tore) and the new growth there is behind. I hope that it catches up shortly but damn. My WW x Afghan Kush is holding STRONG she is vigorous as fuck. Already putting out trichs n shit. She's gonna be money. I was gonna put the clones in a 2 gal pots with 50% SS and just bud em with the rest and make a few bud spikes but I might keep a WW and make a whole run of her but we shall see how she smokes and the sort... Probably not actually. lol. I've yet to pop any of my TGA! Gotta get some JB and some Vortex in there I might even do some Space Bomb!!!

I always end up ripping that part a good little bit down because I train my plants the same way basically...Not as neat as nugbuckets perhaps...but super super similar...anyway mine get ripped right in the middle of that bend...I don't think I have harvested a plant that wasn't at least a little split and scabby right there.
