A pound from 400 is really nothing to brag about. That's what 400watt hps growers do to after subtracting the fluff and actually trimming it small and drying it entirely. We can argue about leds as much as you want, but your attempts to start a pissing contest with me is as misplaced as it always has been and probably will be, you are not in my league, you do too many stupid things for that. Like using a suboptimal spectrum.

first time grower, using 400w hps. And yes, it doesn't look that good, setup needs tuning, but hey, for a first run, THAT is efficient. You wouldn't know, cause you think how much you get from a plant or 8, is actually relevant...
