Id go with option 1.

Better to buy the right equipment even if it means having to ruff it till next payday to get the other stuff.

because u are just going to waste money going from cfl to hid. ... well if u do eventually go hid. i was instructed to buy the best first but i didnt do it and now i regret it like hell.

It was my major regret as well the very first time I grew 6 years ago.

We used huge banks of flouros thinkn we could replicate the intensity. but alas no we couldnt.

It is better to go HID first IMO, even if it means all your doing is collecting equipment.

and if all u have is bagseed...it will grow great with a HID. i regret spending my $ on other stuff.... should have started with a good light

I was looking at the cfl forum and some of their plants look great!

Oh well, hopefully these cfl's I have will make them grow enough so that I can get some more experience

They look GREAT in the veg state, but the buds never fill out like they should in flower.

hps bulb will be what ur gonna want.. the second choice isnt a bad one but down the road having the hps will be what u wished u did and if u do get the hps u wont be mad that u did get it ull be glad at ur yield
