5 Oz of okay weed with 350w of cfls OR 16 Oz of high grade top notch smoke with 400w hps. you would have to be stupid to use cfls. this is a nobrainer.

well your tellin me im dumb for using clf well im just doin this for fun not really worryed about how it turns out and im even using bag seeds right now. so cfls is no big deal to me and seems like they have worked good for some people long as you use them right. so i dont care!
The reason his yield was less is largely due to available space I believe. If you notice its a tv stand cant be more than 3.5-4 feet tall. The heavy yield plants are either large number of small plants or large plants.

Cfls dont yeild like HID but dont think you cant get bomb ass weed using them. you should talk out of experience, not just blow some opinion outta your ass....no offense tho

So can some1 please explain to me why you would want to use cfls over HID when you can yeild 3 times more with a HID? How come i watched 10 videos and i didn't see 1 of where they flower with floros?

You want to use HID anyday over CFL. CFLs are for people with limited space and budgets.

Like me! Im only growing 3 plants. Its not like I have a bunch growin. A 400 watt HID would kick me right in the nuts. The cost of the whole system and the electric bill ill stick with what I have.

my light bill will be much more forgiving with my CFL's than a 400w HID...im only growing 4 plants and im not hoping for much, probably no more than an OZ plus the inital cost of CFLS are lower than HID's..thats why Im using 'em

ur lookin for a oz all together on 4 plants thats not even worth growin all the time just for an ounce, i watched my friend pull nearly 2 ounces off a plant using cfls, why go for the bare minimum
