Poor people usually aim to steal from those who have something they want.
In the United States, with respect only to crimes where one actor is black and the other is white, it stands to reason that the white person in most of these situations is the intended victim of the black.
Why? Because no one attacks no one for no reason.
The most common motive is undoubtedly robbery, which is almost always someone with less acting against someone with more.
In our country whites have more.
