Ilgm feminized gdp seeds

I purchased feminized gdp seeds from ilgm. All 4 sprouted well. I also started motor breath, jack herer, and cherry pie at the same time. After a couple weeks I realized the gdp plant had virtually no lateral branches, unlike the other strains that branched out perfectly. Ilgm sent me emails asking for my feed back, so I told them about the gdp not branching out. They tried to sell me on the idea the plants weren’t getting enough light. So I sent pics of the others I started a the same time that were growing and branching out fine and they are getting all day sun, so lack of light isn’t an issue. I wasn’t looking for a compensation, just letting them know that in all my years of experience with clones, seedlings and all, I’d never seen a plant grow up with no lateral branching. And they should find another source of gdp. But they wouldn’t listen or respond in a positive way. I guess they only want positive reviews, not negative! And they’ve block me from discussing it. So I won’t do business with them anymore and do not recommend others from doing so.

I popped 3 gdp seeds I found in dispensary bud and they all leggy AF. Can't even support themselves at 4 inches. I wonder if this I a common trait amount grandaddy purps.
ilgm has a active member on RIU there is a few threads dedicated to bashing them if you get loud on there they normally respond

This is my first time growing GDP. I bought 10 seeds from Newguy420. At first germ out of 5 only 4 popped. Out of those 1 was triploid and later died. 1 out of the 5 I germed survives. I popped the other 5 and got 2.

GDP is the slowest growing cannabis plant I have ever grown. Having grown to harvest at least 9 other strains I was interested to see others have problems with them too.

I consistently got killer yields of awesome bud from the Original GDP. This is where the others were bred from probably. I have some pollen from a 2014 male and it consistently gives potency and frost to almost anything I hit it with. I got tired of the flavor or the original but still grow crosses made with its pollen and love all them so far.
