That sounds so much better than trying to tie them down. I'll change my ways as soon as I finish breakfast. With rubber bands for tension.

We can grow so much in Oklahoma that there is no way to use it all. Last winters indoor grow was one 4 foot SCROG. It was a Super Limon Haze from ILGM. I have to say that was an excellent seed. It was about 80% full screen at harvast. You will be happy with the LST results. The first couple I tried looked a little lopsided, but still did ok. I tie them down now like an s&m hooker. LOL. I like using pipe cleaners so it's easy to adjust them. Usually I get 13-15 decent colas around a big central one. I definitely rather have more smaller ones than one giant cola. That big un is alot easier for PM to invade. 4 auto grows in and I'm still learning. I'm not the biggest fan of autos. The bean banks act like they are easier to grow. The only thing EASIER I've found is the light issue. Also if you are desperate, you can have smokable weed( but just ok) in shorter time. I just rather have photos. Easier to fix problems without hurting yield ,and better terpenes. OTOH that mephisto "Creme de la Chem" looks really good. I won't order any more ilgm autos. They are a grab bag of phenos. Hell my last gg4 looks and smells just like the wwautos. Nothing like the others. Good luck!
I think ILGM is a second rate seedbank. Most of the seeds I got from them were good, but when they send seeds that don't even look right that don't grow and then replace them with the same s-it and tell me I don't know how to gerinate as far as I care they can go to...i'm not happy with ilgm.i had high hopes with their super skunk but in fact it was crap.
poor genetics, low rate of germination and pricy, not my seedbank
Its more like that guy that sells Oakleys at the flea market, 1 pair for $10 or 2 for $15.I have limited experience with them. In my eyes they are like the walmart of online seed shops. Maybe I’m wrong who knows
But they’re legit Oakleys I swearIts more like that guy that sells Oakleys at the flea market, 1 pair for $10 or 2 for $15.
You aint wrong except its not Walmart, its more like Big Lots. They buy a whole bunch of assorted shit for cheap, then sell it as "premium". You only get a "deal" if you buy 20 beans cause they know their customers are noobs like i was. They figure either way you arent coming back for more and they are right. I wont say ALL their beans are bs but outta 20 beans you probably get 20 diff. phenos and some are just garbage. Its for suckers and I fell for it...once. If you cant get breeder info and packaging, dont waste your time. As growers our time and space is more important than 10+10 and guaranteed germination. I have only had 2 their beans fail to germ but ive a pile that sucked after they started. The best thing bout ILGM is the girl doing the strain reviews on YouTube. Shes hot as hell.I have limited experience with them. In my eyes they are like the walmart of online seed shops. Maybe I’m wrong who knows

sometimes i get varied phenos from classic strains from classic breeders. dutch passion blueberry and original bubblegum from thseeds i had to super crop more than once...those were my indicas for this round. both stretched more than the durban poison and tikal running at the same time. other times i have had pretty solid consistency with phenos matching descriptions.I support this message.
Seriously though this is 100% accurate and pretty much sums up my interaction with them and most of the people I know that have dealt with them. There is a guy on here that is growing their Super Skunk I believe and I had asked him what he thought about ILGM and he actually said he thought 8.8 out of 10 and then went on to say everything except the fact that he grew some other strain from them and they were all wildly different(I’m paraphrasing of course). To me that is a pretty big deal because if I’m growing from seed indoors I want uniformity or at least within the normal phenotype range and I wouldn’t expect to have many that really just sucked entirely unless I’m hunting in a new strain or an F1-2 or something but I believe he said the strain was Bubba kush or something that should be a pretty solid line. Anyway it’s early and I’m rambling.
Yeah I thought a lot about what I posted after I said it and I guess what I’m trying to say is with the more known breeders you’re more likely to get what you ordered with some variation. As with any hybrid you will experience some variation but you’d expect it to lean to one parent or the other usually not ten seeds with ten wildly different phenos and some of which aren’t worth the dirt they are planted in. Like I said there are always exceptions. A friend of mine gave me three auto white widows this summer from ilgm and those three and the others he had not one was the same or close to each other and one of mine was the ugliest plant I’ve ever seen grown. He also grew some super skunk from them and same thing each one outrageously different from the next.sometimes i get varied phenos from classic strains from classic breeders. dutch passion blueberry and original bubblegum from thseeds i had to super crop more than once...those were my indicas for this round. both stretched more than the durban poison and tikal running at the same time. other times i have had pretty solid consistency with phenos matching descriptions.
If the product is bad WalMart will refund your money. Try that with ILGM.I have limited experience with them. In my eyes they are like the walmart of online seed shops. Maybe I’m wrong who knows
@Slaveboy actually did get his $$ refunded from ilgm, but it was hard as pulling teeth. He had to show them pics of his entire grow, journal, etc. after months of complaining. They even threw in 5 "free" beans. LoL. Like he wanted more after that fight. If I was just planting outdoors, Id just plant em all and pick and choose. I only have a 2x3 space, so it really sucks to get even 1 shit pheno. I learned alot of what not to do with their cheap gear. I probably woulda fkd up that 1st auto grow or 2 regardless of breeder. Now im ready for some f5-f6 beans. Yes they will still have some pheno variation, but nothing like Bob's beans. Its worth the money to me now to know that my 3x2 will be full of good, consistent genetics. If the product is bad WalMart will refund your money. Try that with ILGM.
Sounds like they might be F2's that he made , or someone did witht he phenos being all over the place.I have finally gotten a couple outta 3 ilgm gg4 autos that are doing well. One is about 3 weeks from finish and its my best auto so far. It actually reeks and has 21 nice colas. The other is a month behind but its leaning indica and is very bushy. Problem is they are wildly different phenos. No consistency. The twin to the big one looks like Charlie Browns Christmas tree. It just stopped stretching a week ago and looks like the grim reaper touched it. It sucks and i dont see anything changing. If all the beans were like the good plants id have no real issue. But these are the exception not the usual. They sell cheap seeds with pathetic phenos mixed with good ones and you never know what youll get. They got me growing autos, i got 20 beans for $110. I made my noob mistakes. Now im ready for some consistent quality genetics and some steady fire.
They definately did not do the hard work. Literally, out of 20 beans there was no consistency at all. Mephisto says that it takes 2 years minimum to create a stable auto strain. Oh well, at least on my last run of ILGM gear i got my 2 best phenos(#3 expresses as larf). Although 1 expressed hybrid and the other expressed mostly indica, they both have strong smell and lots of frost. Got Mephisto and Dutch Passion started for the next run.Sounds like they might be F2's that he made , or someone did witht he phenos being all over the place.
You'd love growing in Arizona. Check out Facebook or YouTube for Budz Cured. It's all Arizona growing in tents. Some of them outside but in tents during the winter. We can grow so much in Oklahoma that there is no way to use it all. Last winters indoor grow was one 4 foot SCROG. It was a Super Limon Haze from ILGM. I have to say that was an excellent seed. It was about 80% full screen at harvast.
If all goes well this year we will have more then we need, LOL. We decided to just trem the tops we want, the years supply plus a little backup in case next years crop fails. We will make bubble hash from the rest.
I make the meds for the family and bubble hash is the best and cleanest way to make RSO. Hell of it is NONE of us smoke, but we do enjoy our edibles.
Since I was so hard on ILGM a whill back I'll give them another good mark. Of the 6 Amensia Haze plants in the ground only one is less than 9 feet tall, It doesn't get sun until around 11:00A. The others are 10 feet to over 12. And they are a wide as they are tall. There are 2 Cholopes from ILGM. The one that gets the sun looks to be a pound size plant. The one with less sun is really tall and skinny. Maybe a half pound if we don't trim to close.
Have a great day. I'm on my way out to do some more LST on C+2PO.
I read that. I got nothing but s-it from them. They sent me 10 Critical Mass seeds (pinhead size) and replaced them with 10 identical looking seeds that didn't grow. I got 3 plants out of 20 seeds, totally unacceptable. 2 of the plants were prrobably CM, but the 3rd was different, It had very long, skinny leafs and a supper stromg lemon smell. Don't know what it was but all the growers that grow here with me wanted some of it. If I knew what it was I might even order more, even if I had to order from ILGM. Probably not from ILGM, I'd have to think about that.@Slaveboy actually did get his $$ refunded from ilgm, but it was hard as pulling teeth.
