ILGM....JURY IS STILL OUT

So, As my first grow is currently underway and struggling lol I though I'd share my experience so far with this company. I purchased my first order before I joined this awesome forum which has helped me out tremendously. One of the reasons I went with them was the ease of payment options that I was comfortable doing. And second was pricing. when they do have sales on certain strains it's quite reasonable. My first order was a purchase of 20 white widow autos for a grand total of about 160 with shipping I also paid extra for a tracking number so keep that in mind. The seeds arrived in about a week. Mind you I'm on the west coast of America. The seeds themselves from my inspection seemed kinda small but had decent color. My mother even noted it as she has been growing outdoors for years quite successfully actually... But I went ahead and popped 3 of them directly in a paper towel dampened and placed in a zip lock bag to keep the humidity up. Within 24 hrs all three shot out a tap root. 48 hours I delicately transferred them to their final pot. And 48 hours after I had three vibrant green babies. Now there journey to this point has been not ideal but they are still alive and started flowering in the span of three weeks. In week two I popped one more to see if better quality medium would help with the issues I am having. That bean was popped directly in the medium and watered in a dome was placed over it to keep humidity up it germinated and broke soil in 3 days. So far I've had 100% germination. But I've learned autos are not great for rookies like me and decided to go to photos so again I ordered two strains one on sale super skunk and Afghan. For a total of 30 seeds. Again the order took a week and was at my door. Great but I noticed a problem with the seed packets. The sku numbers on the order slip were correct and what I ordered, regular feminized seeds but one of the seed packs the super skunk SKU number did not match. Infact it appears to have the SKU number of the Autoflower super skunk. I emailed ILGM immediately with pictures of the slip and the seed packets. I brought up the discrepancy from the order slip to the seed packet and although they would not admit any wrong doing they immediately shipped out another 20 seeds of super skunk feminized photos. They should be here tomorrow so knock on wood the problem has been resolved. I'll let y'all know. But I give them credit for responding to me and my concern quickly. And shipping replacements as quickly as they did I can't help but say they got great customer service. So has anyone else bought beans from them and how was your experience?IMG_20200818_183051.jpg

I made another order and was sent autos instead of the photoperiods I ordered. I'm not mad they made a mistake but seem to have fixed it in a reasonable time. I'm trying the photos as I'm not have great luck with the autos. But it's more than likely myself to blame for the autos not doing great. So I wanted a plant that if I make a mistake I can get it back to health before I switch it to flower. So far my experience has been ok with them but they are the only company I've dealt with so far. Looking at other companies for future seed purchases.

Grow year 2019, I had pretty good success with seeds; this year, not so much:
5 x White Widow CBD auto_ no sprouting
5 x Harlequin fem, 2 grew to 2 inches and flowered; 1 made it to 10 inches
5 x Bubble gum Auto: 1 made it to 20 inches, hasn't bloomed (end of August)
They gave me extra seeds to make up for WW; had a lot of damping off issues, but that could be my fault; holding rest of seeds for next year.

I have one GSC from them right now that I'm about to flip. Its been growing well after topping it several times. I also bought GDP but the only seed I popped didn't make it. Also had one GSC die very early as well.
Shipping was fine. No mistakes made. I'll hold off judgement till I get more grown out. Good price tho. I used $10 off coupon codes so $140 for 20 fem seeds of GSC and $110 for 20 fem GDP.
