Im sure any dealer would want you money. You ever think that there is a reason that he isn't calling back? Maybe he is living? I don't know. It is not really his job to be there whenever you call. Do you have a written contract with him noterized papers saying that he is your caregiver?
You should have a backup don't you think? If one dude is out you can text your next guy 3 times. Then if he don't call you, next, next, next. I take it you are not in a MMJ state. That helps out too..
