Yeah calling probably has no effect. I suppose it’s good to know that it’s for sure that it’s approved and on its way but... might not matter.

I got denied of my card because of a background check from a previous incident....
I am now appealing the decision to the court because I do have a condition (traumatic brain Injury) that was approved by my doctor
I was wondering if anyone has been through this before and what the outcome of the decision by the judge was.

Try not hearing anything from anyone for 100 Days,that is far. Actually, DON'T try that. Been there, done that, no fun. Call them at day 45, no sooner, no later. Get on their ass at day 45 to tell you something-anything. 2 weeks later, email or call again. Be nice. Use a con line like I had not heard anything and was worried maybe you needed something else from me, so I wanted to touch base. I made it, you can, we will help you.

Has anyone received a card with an issue date in June? I’ve only seen May 31 so far. Trying to figure out how long between “approved” (issued?) and delivered. My card was approved sent to the Printer on Thursday.
Not sure how it’s possible for it not to be here today. Even if they took all day Thursday and Friday and didn’t mail it until Monday...it should only take a couple days for first class mail to get from PA to Chicago...

you might be onto something, maybe they print cards once a week, cause i haven't seen any June cards either, just from the 30th. you should get it by this saturday. are you signed up with informed delivery by usps?
Yes I was denied because about 4 years ago I decided to be an idiot and use adderal and I got caugh with that and a little bit of lot at the same time in the car. The person I got on the phone with after I got my denial letter said I can get it appealed at court with the judge. I actually have court tonorrow morning and was hoping maybe someone knew a little Information about this to help me keep my anxiety down. It’s been a rough stretch with a lot of uncertainties. Thank you guys for your help.

goto your clerks office tomorrow and ask for expungement papers, they should know if you can knock it off your record. the paperwork is pretty easy to fill out, overall cost is around fifty dollars and you don't even need a lawyer.
there is a minimum wait after probation, should be one year. Let us know how it goes.

As you know I just got my card, went to the dispensary and sat down with the guy. Great experience-he was so knowledgeable and suggested 5 products for me. I tried 3 yesterday and nothing really helped much at all. I am a bit bummed. I know its trial and error and there are many more things to try but I spent 150 dollars and so far hasnt done a thing!

PTS Vape Pen Sweet Dreams 4 puffs- didnt feel much and it gave me a headache (still have it) ;
Marys Medicinals muscle Freeze for feet neuropathy- didnt do much at all ( altho this morning they arent as numb as usual);
PTS pure infusion body oil- a topical for my hands that have RA pain- that did absolutely nothing!
Today I tried the Avexia Comfort 2:1 chewables - so I dont know if they will help yet.
The last thing I got and havent tried is Flower Rythem Energize
I'm bummed about the vape pen giving me the headache and really didnt feel the high at all. I am suspicious that I might have an allergy to smoke because Ive gotten irritated tongue and developed an allergy couch in the past but I thought maybe the vape might be different.
He said he will call me in 5 days to see how things were going and we can tweak things if needed.

Hand pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis; Feet Neuropathy from Rheumatoid Arthritis; overall aching and occasional sciatica which we havent really gotten to yet. The thigs he suggested were mainly for RA- inflammation and pain.

Called yesterday and received an answer that I was approved late last week and am now at the printer. Almost there. Anybody receive their cards today?

Ah okay. Yeah that could explain it. I’m signed up but it locked me out as I put in a USPS change of address.
Not sure if USPS forwards the card from IDPH. Does anyone know?
I’ll check both mailboxes this weekend. Unfortunate timing for sure. I need to move though. It would be a huge relief to move and get my card this weekend.
