Looking much better today! Fed nutes Saturday and topped yesterday. It's growing like crazy! Did LST before i took the pictures. The Vivosun 6" is doing great in this tent thankfully. I have the built-in speed controller on low. Also Planted an AK germinated seed today! excited to see how it goes! 20190402_175254.jpg 20190402_175247.jpg

I topped her after the 5th node. I have pruned and defoliated what i felt wasnt going to make it to the top. I have also had to pull several leaves that turned yellow and had brownish spots/splotches. Any idea what that might be. This is day 15 of flower.

Any help with the yellow leaf and brown spots would be a huge appreciation. I cant find a definitive answer anywhere on google.

Happy Grows!

What kinda of light is that your using? Also not sure why people think negative airflow is bad in my opinion it’s the only way to control smell in a non sealed grow. I dunno I’ve heard people mention it being bad for years and just kinda chuckle. I’ve run negative pressure for every grow I’ve done (hopefully soon going sealed) and I yield well, plants stay healthy, and product is fire. Negative pressure has more benefits than cons. Only con I notice is that you lose a little space in the tents.

Let’s try figure out the yellow leave what is your medium and what are you feeding? What is ph and ppm of feed? Do you have cal mag? If I was to guess by just looking at the pic I’d say you need a little cal mag I know that’s everyones answer to everything but your stems are fairly purple and that happens to me sometimes in first week or two of flower and I usually just dose a lil cal mag. The purple won’t go away completely but it turns into purple stripes instead of completely purple.

That being said without knowing how much your feeding and how often your feeding i can’t just recommend to add something because it could be too much of something your already adding locking out other nutes. I saw u said ur using fox farm nutes and they are known to be strong.

My light is a Maxsisun 300 watt from amazon. The fox farm nutrients i am using are the grow big, big bloom and tiger bloom. Soil is Black Gold cactus mix. I have added Cali-magic 1-0-0 at 1tsp per gallon and it seems to have helped. I mix the Foxfarm trio i mentioned above at 1/2 tsp per gallon of each of the 3 bottles. I have noticed now that when i add the fox farm literally the next day i see leaves getting yellow with brown spots. Ph is between 6-7 Im using test strips so its not exact. I generally only feed once every 2 weeks.

2x2 feet. I ended up buying the Vivosun 6" combo with a carbon filter and ducting. It came today. I plan on setting it up Saturday. Sorry for the late reply. Been super busy lately with work.
I have that fan, works great. Just for that small a tent (I am in 2x4) I don't turn it up past it's lowest setting (I have passive intake) cuz with passive intake there is uh pretty hardcore negative pressure (tent is sucked in) and I think the really high CFM sucks moisture out very quickly. I could be wrong but I have to water my plants far more often that I did in the past.

They are very good if you have problems too, they will just send you a new one no questions asked (just send them a pic of the broken one), they will even send you free shit like I was having a pain attaching the filter to the fan (without ducting) so they sent me a free ducting kit (that I didnt ask for, was very nice of them).

Yellow leafs...spots...purple stems...
Looks a Potassium issue since its showing on older growth.
Whoever said calcium was close, but Cal is mobile and will stripe/spot your newest growth first IIRC.

Thanks for the replies guys, Much appreciated. I am about to water here in a little while. I put 1 tsp of 1-0-0 Cali-magic in a 1 gallon jug and ph'd it to around 6.5. the pot is pretty dry. Is it okay to put the whole gallon thru it in one watering?

I got a 2'x3'x46", "2 in 1" Vivosun and it has extra bars on sides to support a shelf for clones/seedlings, its perfect for a small footprint. Ive got a 6" little white plastic made in Germany inline fan thats quite as a mouse in church. Sides are fine with both bottom open but most the time Im home, I keep the flaps half open or open. Not much negative pressure at all. IMG_20190610_101046[1].jpg

Now, Im switching this tent to a flower area and adding a 600w DE HPS and if I have to, switch the little white 6" 300 cfm roughly for the Vivosun black round 6" 440cfm, so well see what happens then

She looks a bit stressed. Also It looks like shes is in the middle of flowering. Just leave her alone for now. Also the yellowing is deficiency, feed her sum
