im a noob...

well, im jus startin out on growin, i could use some info.
1) y germinate?
2) how long will a plant take to fully grow?
3) does it does it hav a strong smell while growin or can i hide it without being noticed?

........ and im not a total noob.. ive been smokin for quite some time now
