The best fastest way is to let the soil dry and when I say dry I mean no water for a good 7 day week. The gnat flies to the wet soil lays eggs in wet soil, Poof they hatch lay more eggs and so on. The fungus gnat eggs and larva will die in dry conditions as they live in muddy areas and since your plant are the closest thing to mud wallah.
