Hey everybody!! Im back and it feels good!

long story short. me and the ex bf broke up and he opened his mouth and maybe a week later i got a knock at my door >=\. Was in county jail for almost a year. dident have the money for bail but i just beat my case and all charges were dropped due to tech. stuff. it pays to have a good lawyer!!

Well cant wait to start my next grow this time gona be a bit more discreet.

oook not quite a year hehe but dam it felt long! 8/25/08 was when they raided my place. So about 4 months in county fighting my case, But im ready to start up again. Im getting a house in January cant wait to post a new journal. =)

wow.. just got outta jail for growing and you cant wait to grow again? does anyone else not see something wrong? why did they say they came to search? what did they find? thats why i am just gonna continue to buy my weed rather than grow it.. Fuck that shit

I was thinking about trying to try to grow 1 plant to smoke but after seeing a half of dozen ppl saying they got arrested its just not worth it at all.. fuck this shit.. im never growing a damn thing.

Just be careful, you could have some angry prosecutors sending spiteful pigs to watch over you.

i dont no your situation but why not just be a card holder, hell in califonia you can get a percription for you feet hurting from wearing high heel shoes then you dont have to look over your back.

Ive wondered about that... arent these guys posting pics of them growing pot and stuff on here incriminating themselves? im sure everyone knows that your IP is really easy to track to your home.. so basically everyone on here can be tracked back to there home or w/e there posting from.im too scared to grow even 1 damn plant. I dont see how most ppl here can just be so brave..I was going to try and grow a plant just to smoke but hell im too scared to even do that now. that and my wife said hell no i cant grow no pot plant period.. I wish it would become legal . then maybe she would let me grow me one.

Well i grow because in cali your first offense with no priors is a slap on the wrist. And since i won my case its like i get another freebe =)... also i do have a med card it allows me to grow up to 12 plants when i get raided i had over 90 =\.

AloT of PeopLe told me not to tell anyone, and i had to learn the hard way. As long as you REALLY dont tell anyone, its not that easy to get caught unless you are doing a MAJOR operation.

Well im probably not going to be on this site for a few weeks setting up my new grow, but as soon as im done ill post pics and start a new journal.

if it was jsut a slap on the wrist why did you do a yr in jail? do you like jail? was it fun? At some point shit becomes stupid and obsessive.. I just hope you realize it before you get into trouble again. if you can grow 12 legally just grow 12 and get a damn job.. jeez.

I refuse to let the federal govt make me feel like a criminal. I imagine most people here in RIU grow mostly for personal use and maybe take care of a few close friends. I choose not to search out a weed dealer, who around here is usually some 20 yo kid who wants 160 for an O of mexican clump. I bother no one, sell to no one, have no "traffic", mind my own business and I'm a good neighbor. That said yeah they can "come get me" but logical thinking dictates if i'm not on the radar. i'm kinda hard to find. Not to mention the fact that I don't grow enough to even presume incarceration time here in Ohio. For me its a a very personal thing that I am most passionate about. I REFUSE to feel like a common criminal. "THE WEED" is good. No one can rationally argue otherwise. That the federal government has labeled it Sched 1 is an absolute joke and has more to do with the newspaper business and racism in the late 20's and early 30's than anything to do with the psychoactive properties. If and when they "come get me" no problem. Not the cops fault....just doin' their "job". I'll gladly explain to a judge or a jury my pov and the system will do what the system does. But not before hearing how inane and archaic the current law is. If we hide in closets the rest of our lives we'll never get out. Gotta stand for something they say......
