And also the 69 Camaro! one of my favorites
Both of these cars I'm lucky enough to have and drive!! (Ok I dont really own them..they are my fathers haha but I can still drive them whenever I'm back home from college..which is amazing.)

a koenigssegg may not be realistic but a nissan gt-r is about £60,000 which is a really modest price for a car that can give a super car nightmares!!!
as for american cars the older they are the better but lets be honest here.... american cars of today are pretty lame. I am from england and its all european cars and japenese cars around here which quite frankly people have now realised they beat anything an american car company can come out with today. even english super cars are FAAAAAAR better than american cars.
and that ssc looks shit! giv me a veyron or a reventon any day of the week!!!

im a real car guy and i feel the same about american cars?
the only decent car to come out of america is the Dodge Viper! FACT!
apart from that they SLOPPY, and HP? its BHP i am not meaning to sound snobby as somebody else commented on my opinion on american cars, its MY opinion you dont have to agree with it!
American car manufacturers think size is the best thing within engines? it isnt its what you do with it, how it produces the power etc..
look at european manufactured cars, EVERY aspect is better, handling, power to weight, etc...
look at british cars, Lotus, TVR, Aston Martin < no longer made here
also do any of you americans know about the Ford 'cosworth' range?
cosworth are a british tuning company and they can really tune a engine compared to american companies who just whack a big old engine in it and just think because its big and has loads of cylinders etc.. that its going to be good?
EUROPEAN cars are best without a doubt!

I cannot really comment on actual quality, just a few observations from a non-American. I think the US put out some gorgeous cars, as i say, can't comment on the mechanics and such, but they can look fantastic. With regard to power though, i have noticed the same, anything that's tuned seems to be a "rice rocket" and as such cannot and will not be better than a big V8 truck. Then again i am sure there must be models out there which totally contradict all of this, i've not in a position to say

yeah but all the americans think is which car is better on a straight? which depending on what you put it up against it might be a better.
say a american v8 againsnt a european with a v6, it might beat it on a straight, but when its comes to a corner that shit will fly straight off the road.
put up a american v8 against a european v8 (most likely a european car with a either turbo/super chargers on) the european car will woop it all over, like i say americans just put big meaty engines in and they can because the petrol is so cheap out there! but european cars have turbo/super chargers etc.. which make them ALOT more enjoyable to drive, but not also that they actually CARE how the car handles, american cars cant handle for shit! and no american can deny it!
edit: you wanna check the audi RS6/RS4 in estate if you like those, the audis are my kind of car!
