Im confused...(pics)

Well i got my flouro's set up and well yeah, everything seem to be doing fine, i added fertilizer to fix the nitrogen deif. but theres still some problems the leaves arent so perky and i have a kinda peculiar temp problem... any advice would be nice... the first day it was sitting at 85 being the highest and 72 being lowest and now the set-up is pushing 90-91 and im not comfortable with taht, as im sure nobody would be... i would kinda like to know how to fix my plant, and the temp...pics\/

Same thing with my plant the leaves are still green and strong just bending backwards... sucks I dont know whats wrong

same here with mines i noticed temperature around plants was fucking hot ... i put a fan and watered them hopefully they are good when i get home

seems like a hella problem for quite a few... lets hope someone has some advice eh?

I see no fans in those pictures, get a small fan or two pointed at the lights, and one circulating air and the temps will drop instantly.

Lol...theblindcamel really is blind. There is clearly a fan in that first pic.

how much do you water it? cuz when i over water my babys just alil bit. the leafs droop and say bitch. why did you waterr me so much for. haha i must be high=] blaze up niggahz

I had a temp problem a few weeks back....wouldn't drop out of the 90's so I switch from 24/0 to 18/6. Keeping the room dark during the hottest part of the day really helped, the leaves have perked up and even the humidity has gone up a bit (was < 20 now around 40) So hopefully that helps you....If not you could probably make a swamp cooler with a box fan and a drip system. This was the best link I could find Greenhouse Cooling Just apply what their doing there to a box fan and bingo......unless you humidity is really high in the grow area....in which case its useless....CHEERS!!

Too much water or too much nutes.

The porblem is, if you give it more water to wash out the nutes, and the probelm is actule over watering you make it worse. again, if you let it dry out and it's to much nutes the nutes will become consantrated and burn you plant.

At that stage of growth you shouldn't need any nutes. When growing in soil, you don't really have to give any nutes untill a good few weeks in if atle (Depending on the quality of your soil) and if you do you only want to add half or a quater the recommened does.

I found the soil thing very difficult when it came to adding nutes, one of the resons I went hydro.

My addvice is:
1) Add an extraction fan to your room (&#8364;$£40 from your local hardware stor) to get temps down.

2) Let the plant dry out but watch it closly, if you see signs of burn Flush with plane water.

3) I would maybe consider repotting the plant, make a new batch of compost and mix perlight in at a Perlight to compost 1 : 3
