If I take white widow seeds and plant 4 in soil and the other 4 hydroponic will there be a difference in appearance,taste,strength and what is aeroponic and which is the best method to grow.

The big difference is that they will grow faster in hydro than soil. The other differences ar emore a matter of how well the grower does his job than the method.
