O, its (@@@) and we needed to come in and take a look around. WTF-

(@@@) is the owner and she/he are with another person that are looking to sell the house. WTF

Sorry buddy but I need a 24 hour notice, the person says, "is this about money and pulls out a c-note" fuck no its not about money you fuck nut... Its about giving me my 24 hour notice plan and simple. As this person starts to get all bent out of shape my lovely 90 lb snarling, foming from the mouth, with his/her 7" K 9s about to take a bit out of her/his ass starts to run out the door after the person ( shit I never seen someone run and jump that fast) but with my cat like reflexes I tackle him/her down to the ground.

The next day I get a call that I have 30 days to vacate, WTF.....:dunce:

Thats what they thought, I called back and left a message saying if you think as a tenet I don't have any rights, then think again. I informed the owner that unless she/he what to go to court they should re-think there position.
I then email them a few laws, and needless to say they said sorry for the confusion, and they were in the wrong.

After that I didn't want to take any chances so I tore down my little area.:wall::cuss::fire::fire::finger:

Mother bitches..................

They called the next day after the emails and informed me they were giving me a 24 hour notice.

So I rush to a hard ware store that suck ass....

I needed to make a unit that would hold my ladies and I was able to put together in a hurry. The guy at the store didn't know how to cut plywood or any other wood, I found this out when I got back home and started to put the pcs together. all of them were off.

So I whip out the sawhorses and skill, a few hours go by, a tweak here and a tweak there and I'm done. Not the best but it will work. I toss some 4' fluo. and no light leaks.
PUt a lock on it, then 30 mins pass and that old knock again.

That's a rental for you. Time to work harder or grow more or something so you can buy. It barely takes more money than renting a lot of times, depending on where you live that is...

When you rent, u r exposed. That lock on the door is a shared item. Even if you are later found to be in the right, it's all over anyways.

I waited for 5 years to grow. My job moved me around about every year. Everything was a rental. A flat in Michigan - an apartment in Colorado - a Flat in Michigan - a house in Wisconsin - an apartment in Wisconsin - a house in Michigan and finally I changed jobs an am stable here in the midwest. I purchased my own house about a year ago and finally was able to build a proper grow room in my basement. After 5 years of planning I was able to do it exactly as I wanted. I started on the cheap with used equipment and have constantly improved over my first 5 grows. Now I am content with my equipment and my space and can focus all my attention on proper feeding of nutes. In this case, the wait was definately worth it. I can't imagine the stress trying to grow in a rental.

Well you could look at it this way:

You're growing pot in someone else's house. If the government just SAYS you're selling pot out of your house they can seize it without legal due process and without you even being convicted of a crime. All charges could be dropped and they can still take the house.

So, you are putting someone else's lively hood at risk by growing pot in their house. It's all about perspective.

I have MMC, and yes I know state not fed. I'm in the limit of plants and I DON'T sell! Its all for MEE...
I will have a life time of medical issues.
I have been in the same place over 6 yrs. and don't plan on moving. I would love to be able to buy my own house, it will happen. Maybe in a few years when the market settles down.
As for taking the house 6 plants isen't shit, the courts made the sherif give back a pat. meds, and all of the money and everything else after they busted him.
I don't want to have to go through that but shit... I need my meds. and don't have 65 1/8 to spend every few days.

The owners are not selling, they would lose there ass right now the way the market is. Plus there older and even with the shit that happened we are like friends. .

Sounds like shit turned out just fine bro. Although I don't get what you were saying originally, you said you tackled the lady that came round to take a look at the house or something?..
