hello all my stoners!bongsmilieokay i have a romulan clone that is flowering now for about two weeks.I have been told i do not have enough lighting to flower.I am using only one two foot floro plant tube that uses 20w,i was told it is as good ass 100 wt,plus it is multi spec, but only has 750 lumens.i added 100 watts cfl to it with 1650 lumens one and a hlf weeks before switching to 12/12.my plant looks good considering the lighting is'nt real great.I do let my plant sit in the sun a few hours a day when i dont have any visitors. When the romulan got up to 16 inches i started it at 12/12.Now she is at exactly 24inches today.I have 20 flowers in two weeks bloom.I am real pleased with the amount of flowers on the plant due to the lighting, but will they be dense enough or big enough to each produce around a gram after they're dry? Then i figure i'll get closer to an ounce.the hairs are a good 1 1/2 inches already, but i dont see any sort of density or uniformed clusters as to what i am used too.Can some 1 please help???Thanks:peace:

The more lighting the more buds.
You need to put more cfls in there with a 2700k spectrum for flowering
How much real watts of cfl do you have in there? no the equivlant to whatever it is

it sounds like you mean preflowers, so add some more light and continue with 12/12 for another 8 weeks and they may be ready then.

The short answer, with the amount of light you have currently is
No they won't be very dense. A 16" plant as you see grows fast,
and could grow to 3 or more feet tall.
With only top lighting, only the buds closest to the light, i.e. the
upper most buds will gain any weight at all. The lower buds will
produce very little of the total weight.
That's not to say you couldn't still add lights to the lower buds
to help fatten those up.

a 150 actual watt cfl? or an incandesent equivelent one? your one bulb isnt a 100w, i can tell you thats the incandesent equivelent for sure. 100w(which doesnt exist btw, the closest bulb to it is 105w) cfl puts out more than 1650 lumens, a 42w puts out 2800. Dont go by the incandesent equivelent watt rating, go by the ACTUAL watts.
