do u excersise and eat healthy these days?
try some yoga or walking.
or if you're fit then do something more vigorous.

I do and have been, though in the past year i've not been able to as much as i used to because of work. I used to jog every other day a couple of miles, eat fruits, veggies, yogurt, good stuff ya know!, but in the past year, i've seen meself get like this, during this time i've had more stress put more shit on my plate and have not been able to work out as much as i used to.

I'm actually about to go on a bike ride in a bit, i've been trying to get back into a good work out schedule.

I love the yoga bit and walking does seem to help, at least it keeps me moving and my mind in motion too!

I mostly think this is psychological because i've been going through a lot of mind/though changing ideas as of he past year and couple of years..

it started with my stomach going crazy about 6 months ago. then it got a bit more and in my head it also go worse, cuz i just kept thinking bad shit, thoughts=reality type thing ya know.

now it's been a trial getting these thoughts out, but they are coming out slowly but surely..

time to get this out of my head.. so i came back to where the real stuff is at.. toke n talk.

lol :)

I am not a Dr. and would never claim to be.I do have some good advice though.... we you find yourself getting wound up and pain starting to flip you out.... you need to relax and focus on something else. I have found... from experience..... that breathing properly helps. The good old fashion breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly... while concentrating on your air intake and exhale.

Finding a focus helps..... I sometimes have to talk myself through many things.

As for MS or brain tumor.... an MRI can detect these things. And sometimes you may need to find out other ways. But I would not allow myself to go to these places yet... especially if your problem is high blood pressure. You will be giving yourself a stroke... last thing you need is another thing to get worked up over.

Whatever it is..... you will be fine and face it head on. Trust me.... you'll find strength that you never even knew you had.

If you want to continue to smoke and it seems to be bothering you or making things worse.... set yourself up in situation to relax with it. Good, calm music.... some good food in your stomach...... maybe a great funny movie. Make it what you want it to be.

Truly the way you deal with things helps..... when dealing with any physical, mental, emotional problems. Good luck.

Take a deep breath and carry on.

:), i knew i came in here for a reason, all the more showing me that, it is true, you do find what you are looking for and thoughts do equal reality.

it makes me more calm to have read this from ya buddy, thanks for the insights, at least i can understand that I am not the only one who has had these type of issues and getting worked up.

I am doing my best to not let it get to my head, the BP is the main issue I am trying to tackle at this time, well all of it really, but i'm trying to get only a few things done at a time and not get stress over all the stuff i gotta do or need to do.

everyone around here (home) has been telling me the same as to the stress and relax bit, it's not that i don't trust them or believe in them, but i thought some folks in here would also be of help, since it's got to do a bit with smoking the herb! :)..

i tell ya, the last time i smoked, 3-4 days ago, i was walking around walgreens and was like in a whole different world. I my head was going crazy, but i kept my body and all else as calm as i could.

that shit was a real tripp to say the least.

bro it almost sounds like you are having some serious panic attacks

hey stranger, that's what i thought myself, though the problem wasn't the attacks, it's how to stop them, my head wouldn't stop going in circles..

right now it's a bit better.. after getting the info from the doctors.

all blood work was good, and a cat scan came back normal, i did that yesterday.

what are your thoughts on panic attacks..

That is when you tell that busy mind of yours to shut up.... let me enjoy this buzz. The mind can really screw with us.... trust me... been there, done that.

I have them and ending up in the hospital not knowing what was going on...

After intensive care.... a follow up stress test..... they tell me I am fine. (or at least my heart is fine) ;-)

I have xanax.... I take it for the worst. Otherwise.... like I wrote... I try to relax.

Hard thing to do when the brain is reeling out of control!!!

But it works!

no kidding, the mind does screw with us, i've always been a mind over matter type of cat, but lately it really as been mind over matter.. and it has created my some of the craziest situations i've ever thought of, i think it, it happens, thought i've kept it from going to extreme, i dunno how, but i have.

during the times i smoke it's the worse/best, since i am able to do a ton of shit, but my mind has had some fear of the worst of worse.

i'm taking your advise and telling it to chill, and relax,..

gonna find that situation to relax and keep on that vibration and not let it go!!

:)

I did end up in the hospital myself, on the time before last that i smoked, i had a buddy of mine take me to the hospital district, i was like.. f this.. i'm going to make sure it's just in my head.

i was tripping balls that time.. i sure thought i was going to die.

after i was left there, i started walking the streets.. my mind started going nuts with ideas.. so i created them..

went around the district.. found myself with some homeless folks.. walked around.. met another dude.. whom seemed to be the devil in my opinion at the time.. i was like.. this dude is too nice for this shit..

turns out.. i was right.. he was too nice.. i did get out of there after a few hours of walking around and talking to him..

that night i got back home and was like wow..

i strated to feel like that in my mid twenties. thought iwas having heart attacks, throbing veins in my head and wrists. numbness and coldness at the tips of all my extremeties,(except godzillasan:mrgreen:). turned out to be anxiety attacks, and bud just made things worse (in the begining). got prescribed xanax, but later changed to klonopin (clonazipam) much cleaner lower dosage and milder

been there too.
it was stress.
stress destroys health. and relationships.
took me a few years to eliminate stress from my life.
now i live a peaceful happy life.

dexr0420 - get on your bike. get back into your jogging and yoga. in a few days you'll notice you feel better.

wow, sounds like a replica of what i'm having. including all the way up to the big burrito!! ;). I got just prescribed gabapentin, for compulsions, though i didn't get any anti anxiety drugs.. that's what the herb i thought was for.. lol..

once again, thanks for the info.. makes me feel better to know i'm not the only one.

Yes, please don;t let these people get you worried... shit, I thought I was dieing from anything from lung to brain cancer... turned out to be acid reflux... (apparently they did tell me I had to be under chronic medication the first time I was scoped, but I was so fucking out from the drugs...I have massive tollerance and they had to put me under twice as I apparently came by and grabbed the nurse by the hair...)
