4 1/2 weeks I assume? She looks small to be a month old. What kind of light are you using? Can you be more specific on what you think you need help with?

Keep the light close
Don't burn your plants
Keep temps in the mid to upper 70's
Flip 12/12 to induce flowering
Flower 8-10 weeks
Dry fully till stems snap
Place in jars
Read all the stickies
learn your terminology
Read grow guides
Learn how to top, train, and lollypop
Best thing for a newbie to do is get a full grow all the way through harvest and drying under their belt. Just to get to learn the ropes. I say flip 12/12 asap with out topping or training just yet. It's not so much about yield at this point as it is about learning.
Once you understand the plants life cycle then you can get into training, topping, super croping and all that other stuff.
