Im new and I need some major assistance

whats up im new here..
Im also pretty new to this whole thing but im willing to dedicate a little money and a lot of time so if you guys help me out i wont waste your time.
I just need to know the easiest, fastest, safest(no smell,ect.), most cost efficient way to grow a lb of snow white(if it is a good strain to use) in an decent size 1-2 bed apt.
Preferably a stealth setup but if stealth is completely unnecessary then kool.
I wont have any guest over when i get the apt but i do have a little one and him and his mom come will come over.
Can anyone help?

Some off the smell depends on the strain ya growin,2 grow a pound of dry weed ya gonna need quite abit ov light ,i'd say 2 -600w lamps hps/mh, If ya growing hydro your gonna get a bigger yeild than soil.Soils a bettter taste n qaulity ov weed but if yeilds wot u want go hydro, As 4 smell u need a carbon filter, your gonna need 2 dedicate half aroom 4 a grow like this.

I forgot to specify that my price range is around 1grand for the entire set up.
im gonna go with hydro because it yields more. i can spend a few hundred makin sure there is no smell. any suggestions?
also what is the most potent strain with the least amount of smell??
a while back my friend had some kind of exotic that smoked like kush but you could only smell it if you put your nose to it.

Bud, if your Baby is coming to visit with the mother and she does not know you are planning on growing in your Apt....

if that is the case, you're risking loosing your Visitation rights.. be careful with the personal business your conduct in your home; in your case....

Considering you have allocated $1,000 to your entire setup.... Be ready to smell the plants.. (Esp if you intend on growing enough plants to yield 1 LB)

There are "Low" or "Faint" smelling strains, however.. 100% will smell.. Some just more then others and some less then others...

If you are looking at a potential setup to deal with the Smell and are using a HPS setup.... If the room is secured (other bedroom) and your visitors do not enter that room; you should be able to manage....somewhat...
