I'm new, Genders? Nutrients? Flowering?

So basically, I started my grow a while ago now , I need reassurance lol , haven't had a smoke in days and im getting all para . My plants have now started to smell, is this a sign of flowering?
Also there's no sign of gender on any of them , or am I just stoopid?
Also image attached is my nutrients. How much shall I put in 100ml? (for 6 averaged sized plants and 7 babies)

Smell is not a confirmation of flowering, a lot of plants have a little smell during veg, also I don’t think anyone can tell you anything about those pictures. We will need a little more info to help you out.

What kind of nutrients is that? Close up pics of the plants? Is that a tent? GREEN house? Or supposed to be a greenhouse?
