IM NEW... I cant find help

Im pretty new to this growing thing but i really need help, My plant has a few leaves are curling upward quite abit they have started rolling. but the rest of the healthier leaves are drooping and i havnt been able to find a solution( not for lack of trying)

I have my plants under 600w hps light in a cool tube and a 178cfm exhaust fan with a 12'' intake fan. My humidity is a constant 45% but my tempt is usually around 26 degrees C' (78F) but I havnt been able to control it perfectly.

I flushed my plant and no improvement, and i dont believe it is over/under watering because i have had a close eye on the amount im using.

Im not sure if you need more information but feel free to ask Im really not that experienced and i should have more pictures soon

Those little plants don't need 600 Watts full, you are cooking them

First Check your ph. it should be 6.3-6.8 for soil, and 5.8-6.5 for soiless mix/hydo. Good luck!

bigger pot, the plant is root bound....your ph is also out of wack... do those things, give it week to recover and post more pictures

Thnaks for the quick response, I know i dont need a 600w light i was just given it I turn the ballast down to 75% Do you think that is still to much? I will change the pots asap to be honest i didnt even think of that. My ph is abit high (7.1) so I will lower it and try that to.

Personally I don't think it's the light or the pot, I think they look overwatered. I just saw a journal where a guy grew a 3 foot plant in a small rockwool cube. Cannabis likes a wet to dry cycle. You're supposed to give them a good complete soak and then NOT water them again until the first few inches are dry when you put your finger in and the pots are light.

Your FREQUENCY of watering may be the problem.

Get rid of that bottom leave that looks like crap and don't water again until the soil is dry like I said and I bet the plant will improve.

The rest of the plant doesn't look bad except for the fact that it's drooping which I've found to be what happens when the plant is overwatered.

google "overwatered cannabis plants" and hit images and you'll see plants that look like yours.

And do you happen do know where I could find that journal about the 3 foot plant in rock wool ?

Don't water that plant again until the pot is light as a feather and when you put your finger in the soil it's dry up to your second knuckle. When you're at that point soak it good until water runs out the bottom. Pick up the pot and get a feeling for how heavy it is soaked. Don't water it again after that until the pot is light again and the soil is dry up to your second knuckle. The wet to dry cycle is what the plants like. Do that and the plant will be fine.

The next obstacle will be figuring out the feeding schedule. It's a common mistake to overfeed and then you'll get nute burn. I've learned that less is more. I actually grow in 5 gallon buckets and only have to water once a week. One week I feed and then the next week I just use technaflora's b1 green which gives the plant some food without the build up of mineral salts. B1 green is an organic seaweed extract.

I have probably been over watering abit, but im pretty sure that the pots that I was using had poor drainage, so it made the problem worse. Ive been using the General Organics bio grow every third watering but ive held off on feeding because i just recently flushed ( I was frightened of nute burn).

hey guys its been a few days since ive transplanted and trimmed the curl leaves. now more leaves have started to curl the the same as before with the same yellowing and dark patches. Here are some more pictures
