Im new to this please HELP me out.

i have germinated my seed and the roottips are coming out now and i have put them in soil but now do i put them under light or by the window until they sprout or do i keep them in a warm dark place? and also how often should i water these?

Now that they are in dirt, get it under lights. Water lightly when u plant them, then every 5 days or so. Keep the soil damp, not wet. Using a spray bottle is the best way to not overwater seedlings.

I agree with ghrim
now thay ther in soil water soil lightly and place them under lights if ur using cfls
keep them as close as possible
and only feed water unless u have a root stimulant
I have a few clones rite now im only feeding Rapid Root Start to
They dont need much water since they dont have a huge root mass

Wat size pot are u using
easy way to tell chek the weiht
lift ur pot wen its dry and again after watering
if weight of pot feels close to wen it was waterd dont water till ita lighter
or stik ur finger about an inch into soil and if its dry then water
