Immaculate Conception Rule/Law

The point he is trying to make is that a new patient or caregiver has to illegally obtain clones or seeds to even start growing.

I brought this up months ago but it seemed to fall on def ears. Making patient to patient transfers legal is the most important thing that needs to happen for us all...
This goes for the reciprocatory clause of the law as well. How is it suppose to work if you need to be a resident?

Just watched the vid. Some great testimony.

tomcat, I may disagree with you on microbes in a jar, but I am 100% convinced that you're a good man and that you have done a great deal to help all of us in the state with your hard work and passion.

Thank you

and that is what I enjoy Stow.. we dont have to agree all the time, microbes during a cure or temps swing at night causing stretch..whatever.. I thrive on the variety of opinion and knowledge in the community, and thank you for the words of encouragement. I really appreciate that :) ...could always use help ;) ;)

Ha! The hint has been received!

I do need to get up to Lansing and pitch in where that's concerned. Drop me a pm the next time something is going on. Between being self employed, a wife, 3 kids, and a garden I'm sure I can find the time to help the cause! :-)

Look. As a patient you are permitted to acquire from any source. Patients can acquire and subsequently give permission to grow to the caregiver of their choice. If you are a caregiver, just have the patient get what you need.

What is so difficult about that?

So I sign up as a caregiver because my wife has cancer. Not a one of us knows a thing about cannabis. "Well hun your doc says you can use cannabis, the state says I can give it to you and grow it for you and store it for you so you have nothing to worry about." "Ok dear thats great, now where in the dickins are you gunna find those maryjuwanna beans?" "Eh, your the patient, you figure it out. Greg said it aint hard to figure!" Greg my brother, I am just not sure about that friend..?

Ok buddy, Greg lets play a game. Your the patient, I am the seed. Your in Michigan and I am not. Where and how are you getting me or my kid (the clone) "Legally" without anyone commiting a crime? If your responce is "from another patient", give up, you loose, thats illegal. If your responce is another caregiver, give up you loose, the only transfers legal are those between you and YOUR caregiver the guy without the seeds, the clone, or the buds, who is waiting on you to provide them to him legally so he can then provide them to you legally... GO!

Please allow me to open the floor for debate, if there is one about this subject. The court changed the law. The now "Case Law" entraps SOMEONE, no matter what. Thats my understanding.

...this current interpretation keeps a thumb on us all.

Is it an instrument to pave a way for a new provision center bill? Is it to tangle up as many as posse bull? Maybe just a stall mindfunk technique. Whatever it is, I don't like it,

got to have someone disagree to have a debate bro. Shit should have hit the fan the minute SC ruled that a patient couldn't pass a patient a J without fear of arrest but somehow it sneaks by without total outrage. that right there, even though they get it right on transfer is sale sale is transfer, completely sinks the act. it opens everyone up for arrest while hiding behind this fake protection for the acquiring patient. I don't see how another bill will even helpthis...

So my options seem vauge, but fight or flight comes to mind. I have sued the state of Alaska and won a landmark case. I have also sued the state of MI and won that case as well. I wouldnt sue if I didnt know I was right, and on this issue I can find no reason to believe I am wrong. If I "flight", I will be working on Alaska. If I fight, Michigan. Anyone have a coin?

Maybe others are like myself, getting there ducks in a row however; no one speaks for me nor I they, and I represent myself.

fight that shit then! What do you need from us? I don't look sick and I don't get sympathy well, I'm kind of a dick, but maybe something else....

how many coins we talkin bout woodsman and for what? lawyers?

Quantify what the coin is needed for and maybe we can get a fund raiser going. id go ring a bell!

What is this meeting in Lansing on Tuesday all about? a motivated group shld pick ONE important agenda that is decided upon and join forces, not four diluted legal goals with ppl all spread out... If patients can get a win by -for instance- curbing Lara, at least a little, a unified voice will begin to become apparent. Only then, will legislators stop backing the bus over us.

Wait, I'm supposed to be down-trodden and pessimistic. oh shit my sarcasm is showingbongsmilie
