Looks like you need to recalibrate your ph tests or its nutrients or poor watering practices. From what little i know. Thats the only things that can this. Over or under watering can cause this. Nitrogen deficiency can, as well as too much nitrogen. You are 100% sure its not ph. I would look closely at what you are feeding and if they're being watered correctly. how long between watering? I wait until its fairly dry up to the first joint on my middle finger if i stick it in the soil.

You can check biotabs they reccon you dont need to measure ph but i have adjusted it to 6.5 - 69 to see if it helped and also checked runoff came out the same, i water maybe a liter pr plant every 2-3 days when they dry but they are all different the green crack sativa i always thirsty but always has a lot of runoff for some reason i only let it sit for bout 30min. The two small lsd-25 ones i water maybe 05 - 1 liter every 3 4 days they dry out slow. The big lsd25 i water also bout a liter every 2 -3 days
How dry is dry? When the first half inch of soil is dry, is when I water. Of course I use those felt containers. So they dry very quickly . The first joint on your index finger is about half an inch. If you're completely unsure. You can alwsys do a flush. Then recheck everything. Have you ever flushed your plants?

i had a toxicity just from using ph 5.0 because my sensor meter was uncalibrated and it was before i started using fertilizers , u should always water with ph considering ure soil , for example with my soil im supossed to water with ph from 6.2 to 6.5 so it can easily auto regulates to 6.2
