Impotant flowering question please help

Ok I set up my ebb and grow system of 24 pots but only had enough hydroton to do 12. I am getting more hydroton on Tuesday. My question is I have already started to flower the 12 i got in the pots will it be that much of a difference if I plant the other twelve on Tuesday. its only 3 days of a difference i don't know why i am panicking thinking 3 days is going to be a huge head start for the ones planted.

I dont think so,you will find that they will all ripen at there own pace some may go as long as 2 weeks past another plant. good luck

The answer is no. You have a large window (a couple of weeks) in which to harvest after the required flowering time. Check your trichomes with a handheld microscope to determine when exactly.
