more light bigger pot c02 dont be cutting on anything yet maybe when it gets taller gently tie the top down a little .. a little to early for ferts in early stages i find worm casting work very well keeps plants really green and health and you cant burn your plants with organic work castings dont use "worm poop" as that has chemical derivatives ..organics is the best way to go to smell and taste in my experience anyways
