Google has been working with them for a while now. It even says in the article.

Google’s partnership with the intelligence network is not new. As we reported in late 2006, An ex-CIA agent Robert David Steele has claimed sources told him that CIA seed money helped get the company off the ground

You can always count on the spooks to be way ahead of us in snooping; it's what they do. The good news is they are not "police" and they have much bigger fish to fry than us. Truth be told they grow more pot and smuggle more pot, heroine, and other drugs into the U.S. than all the cartels in existence. Usually it's the See Eye Eh that gets caught with their hand in the cookie jar but I'm sure the No Such Agency does the same thing to fund their black ops.

Yeh well said but its still the bigger people controlling us slowly but surely, we are not under risk in the short term but IMO this should not be digested too easily and should be taken on as a sign to increase our awareness of... 'conspiracy' lol

What do you mean SLOWLY? In the past 10 years alone security, surveillance, and Government intrusion into private life has exploded. They're not going slow, they're just good at making sure you don't find out until it's too late.

The government can develop all these security, survillance fast... These are just ways to enforce things on us... In my opinion we are too embedded in our ways to have things suddenly enforced on us. After all, its the masses that keep the system going...

I mean I look at the use of alcohol by our society as something terrible (I don`t mean responsible individuals). Even if you have all the surveillance, can the government just make the change and ban it? I don`t think so. Same goes for a lot of other things.

Thats why its gonna go slow! The government has the control and so on... I think we can take the control into our hands anytime we want. Its up to the government to pacify us slowly so we don`t do that... :)

Hey man I think your contradicting yourself here. I quoted you from the other thread:

This is why I keep pulling for personal responsibility, this jackoff shouldn't get anything but jail time for child endangerment or forced labor for the state...or both, and his baby mommas should have to work for the State to pay off child care costs that the taxpayers are covering and have ankle monitors to make sure they're caring for the kids and not out partying or whatever got them FUCKED UP enough to fuck a scumbag like him.
Ankle monitors? Sorry man but if your going to go off on one in the other thread... I`ll quote you.

I think you should make your mind up though dude... Ankle monitors and going off on one like that about private life intrusion are pretty contrary things ya`know... If your saying they should fit ankle monitors on people then what are you on about? lol

Not really, monitoring people who endanger others thru their own actions to protect other taxpayers is a lot different than watching everything you do "just in case" you MIGHT do something someday.

When you give someone power to do something, they have power to do something. Its all about what powers the government has. If they can put anklets on you to make sure your not partying then they can put one to make sure your not `smoking drugs`. They can also ban you from alcohol for a silly reason and put an anklet on you for that. Can you think of more? They will all be "against the law" if thats the case. And if your not doing anything against the law, then you have nothing to fear right? Doesn`t work like that.

So once you digest the fact that you can wear a tracking anklet and its been around for 10 years... The scope on which crimes they will attach one to will get more and more critical...

No mass produced individual tracking equipment like that. If they really want to track me they can send people to follow me... not computers. My google search? Thats something else :)

Your either an alarmist or just flat out super-paranoid, if the Government (which we vote for and empower) can't enforce laws, then why do laws exist? An unenforcable, unpunishable law is idiotic, and not monitoring people who are prone to being fucking idiots and committing crimes, costing taxpayers money is a little...daft. Watch the people who do wrong, not the ones who don't. You'd rather they watch us all instead of some dumb bitch who can't keep her legs closed for Senor scum of the Earth or what?

And by the way, they do put people on them for "smoking drugs" and drinking. They also have a home breathalizer that goes off every night at a certain time and you have to be there to blow in it and be sober or you go to jail, because you ALREADY FUCKED UP ONCE. Giving idiots multiple chances, it's how we got this way, I think.

Very true. I don't like the invasion of privacy but hopefully pot will be legalized (so corp Amerika and big pharma can get richer) before the noose tightens around our necks. I've already got a place picked out to expatriate to if things get much worse. This country isn't what it used to be. I understand the need for national security but they go too far and laws mean nothing to them.

Sounds like my searches will need to be somewhere else and only use google as a last resort. Never liked the way they used their data anyway.

If people had to wear anklets for making dumb choices in the people they fuck, then most of us would be wearing them...lol

Fortunately it's just the people that get caught making dumb choices that have anklet bracket accessories.

I don`t really like the laws the government makes, and I would limit their enforcement as much as possible. Just as a rule of the thumb.

You think the `big people` would ever get the anklets on? Fuck that mate... :)

I`ll happily call myself 'paranoid' and be comfortable with that too so I have to agree with you ;)

Also, its different to say marijuana is illegal and not enforce it properly (like in the UK) as it will stop it being sold on every shop over the counter... Its not completely un-enforced no matter how slack it is. Get my point on that at least man!

I think we got this way from a long time ago from our nature btw man... The first people to take land with swords and be kings started dominating people with power. Now that power is money (along with land leases) and people know that status is fucking hard to get without having capital. Think that motivates anyone? Expecting people to work fair in an unfair system may be the problem! I`ll let the government solve that one and not put forth any opinions cos I can`t :)
