in need of some advice please??? merry xmas :)

hey guys and girls first of all merry Christmas , right, I have a problem with my humidity it varies between 70-80% and the temp lingers around 65-78 degrees, I am 3-4 weeks into flowering and I know that the humidity Is way to high, I have a 4 inch intake fan and a 5 inch extractor with a ocilating fan inside blowing on the fans, I have bought 2 moisture traps which are hanging down but still no change?? can anyone help me please? I have budding on all plants but not all have the good crystals

Hi there,Merry Christmas to you.I too am 4 weeks three days into flower on my current grow but had the same problems on my last grow. The humidity was so high especially after watering them that i had a problem with my buds going mouldy.I had to throw away 20% of my grow due to mould.I went out and bought a dehumidifier which was the only thing that got rid of excess moisture.They're not that cheap(around £50 cheapest)but when you've got 20 plants growing it's cheaper than throwing away 20% of your hard earned weed!Your temp seems a little low.Mine ranges from 75 absolute minimum to 85 degrees.Maybe if you increased your temps a little it might help a bit.Are you growing in a tent or a room?If you have windows in your room open them a little.I open up my tent sometimes just to get rid of the moisture and put a small electric heater in the room to bring the temps up.This usually sorts it out in under an hour but if not I turn on the dehumidifier.Hope this helps

I'd be using both fans as extraction, under your circumstances.

hey 1djwesty, I have had to throw out some of my mj due to mold too, its not a nice feeling lol, I have looked around at dehumidifiers but I just don't have the cash atm hence buying the moisture traps :/ I am growing in a tent under a 600w hps, I have placed a mini radiator in the room with the tent so I hope that helps, I will try this for a day and monitor the temps and humidity if I don't succeed I will try S SHZ's idea but in the mean time I will try and raise the cash for a dehumidifier, like you said its cheaper than throwing away your babies ... thanks guys for your feedback
