According to me? Fucking fantastic!
I'm going to post a bunch of pictures here since the majority of my updates are lost in time.
These are from approx. a month ago when I finally got my complete setup put together in its current state. Big Improvement!

A week later.. I was having what I can only assume were N deficiencies... At this point I started giving them more nutrients.

I was using the Roots Organics feeding schedule plus some Nature's Nectar N, and tea every week. I couldn't seem to get rid of the yellowing off though. The next week..

They're all like 43 days from seed in that set.
A few days later and it's time to transplant. This is the Fruity Chronic Juice I think. I was expecting to see some good size root masses but it was nothing spectacular. Maybe that's how the Root pots work though. I transplanted all of them into the #5s I had instead of #3s because those were just too shallow to put in a sizeable layer of the Super Soil. I transplanted them with my Super Soil, straight RO, plus some Oregonism XL and fed them each .5 gal of water and then an hour later .5 gal of a 1:3 solution of AACT, Molasses, Superthrive, and Ancient Amber.

I'm going to just step out here and say that as a first-timer, I officially endorse Sub's 2010 revised Super Soil recipe. It could be a combination of having more space and what-not, but I haven't had a single issue since transplanting. They took to their new homes immediately and have not looked back. This is a few hours after transplant. Didn't slow them down one bit.

Sunday I started winding down the light cycle from 18-6. So today they're on 15-9, tomorrow they'll be on 14-10, and so on. Saturday they'll go without light, and Sunday starts 12-12. The HPS I just swapped intoday. It's a EYE Hortilux Super-HPS 430W lamp. The day I picked up that bulb in the shop they had actually ran out of the 400W'ers, so after a little discussion about me having the new Lumatek ballasts with the SL setting, the shop owner said the 430W'er would be a perfect fit. I didn't even know they made 430W ballasts. It just seemed like such an odd number. Whatever though, it's working just fine and as you can tell, the plants are loving it.. Oh yeah.. since the transplant I've only given them a weekly AACT, Molasses, Trinity solution.

The Jack Herer. She's just filled in really nicely after lagging the other two I topped (Critical Kali Mist and Fruity Chronic Juice) by at least 6" of vertical growth. Nice compact growth centered around the 4 main colas that are developing.

And this fucking thing has me all confused, definitely in a good way though. This is the Vanilla Kush which I had almost written off a while back. I had to completely stop her main vertical growth last week because it was just so vigorous. It was either that or keep raising the hood just for her, possibly causing more stretch in the others. You can see that had the desirable effect of creating some lateral growth though, and I'll take it. The 4 grams I was hoping for off her had turned into more like at least an O.

Critical Kali Mist. Just no complaints at all from her. I cleaned up the lowest growth because it really didn't look like it would amount to much. Those two central colas though.. oh yeah, can't wait!

Same thing with this hooker. Fruity Chronic Juice. I was going to let them go another full week before flipping but I stood back and guess-timated that if they did that I might run out of vertical space once they're through the stretch.

Fuuuck yeah...

This is something I've always wanted to do for real; all of my other juvenile attempts were completely platonic efforts.
